From initial phone call to job completion took 5 days, as Mike keeps a close eye on schedule and could squeeze me in during a slight delay on another job. Mike's team was professional and efficient. A good source of used building materials, John is great to deal with. Couldn't do 4 stars as some of their storage areas are not waterproof, some reclaimed wood flooring was wet and now warped.
