Paul and Christine have always been very helpful with a number of pieces of jewellery I have required over the years. Courteous and creative, good at meeting specific requirements, I would go to them first with any other jewellery I need in the future.

BEWARE! AVOID! I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Mr. Kosten a year and a half ago. I bought a Valentine's ring from his wife. She explained the 'no return" policy. ( If an item is rtturned with bill - even after only a day as in my case- they charge a quite hefty 'restocking fee' . I had to return the ring a day later. I asked for a little leniency on the policy from Mrs.K. She was polite and sympathetic and referred me to her husband who was anything but. He appeared from the back of the shop, barely looked at me and coldly stated company policy and then walked away. Rude, cold and several hundred $ richer. Works for him! I would NEVER deal with the man again and advise against doing so for any readers of these reviews BTW. Within a year I married the woman to whom I gave the Valentine ring that I had to return. Needless to say, I bought both engagement and wedding rings at another establishment! What goes around, comes around.
