The staff go above and beyond and I Love the service we received. We had a last minute wedding and they were so patient with us, extremely helpful and rushed our order in order for us to have the rings for our special day!! Both sets of rings are beautiful and we are so happy with them. This will be our forever go-to jewellery store!! 👌👍

Just loved the service and quality of product we received from Griffin Jewellers in the mall! We needed our bands asap for a impromptu destination wedding and with the help of 2 amazing and patient staff we ordered and received our bands in record time and they are amazing quality@! I highly recommend the staff and products we have received! Way to go ladies! You're beyond amazing!@!!

Awful. The sales representatives are ignorant and rude to the extreme! She works very slow, treats the clients as dirt, told me to "shut up" at one point. Point finger at me, when I said, "I respect you because of your age . According to my culture, we respect seniors." She went berserk, banking the counter, threw my jewery at me. Refused my request. I had to ask the mall security guard to subdue her. Never had such an horrendous experience ever in my ice. Will follow the procedure to file the complaint to the company. They should hire qualified decent humans to serve humans. Not some cheap idiots who doesn't have proper English proficiency. What a shame!

After a necklace breaking that my fiance bought me, we still took a second chance on Griffin in Orangeville. They refused to fix the necklace even though it's a exclusive item from their store. We purchased a wedding band from their store. $800.00 (I mention the price because that a lot of money to spend in one store) We are told it was a special order so it would take 2 weeks to come in. We waited the two weeks and went by the store and they said it still wasn't in. A week later we went back and they said they would call to inquire why. We waited a few days, went by again. It was obvious that no follow up had been done. Finally the ring comes in and my fiance gets the call. We go into the store tonight and I presume the manager or owner was extremely rude. She was typing on the computer when we walked up. Eric said "hi my name is Eric and I'm here to pick up my ring." She stares at him and rudely says "Do I know you?" I said "he just said his name, he's here to pick up his ring." She asked for the receipt which I gave her. She was the same person I spoke to last year about my necklace that they refused to fix and she was extremely rude then. I will never shop in this store again based on these two experiences. The owner or manager is extremely rude.

Before you buy a diamond from Griffin Jewellers or Kara Jewellers (same owner) check out their warranty and save yourself the stress ! If you already have one from this company, I would suggest some hefty insurance because their "complete Satisfaction Guarantee" and "Lifetime Diamond Ring Guarantee" all sounds good until you read the very fine print. 3 days into wearing the diamond it chipped. 4 weeks of phone tag, the owner was impossible to contact. One manager claimed to be the owner of the company. I've been yelled at, hung up on, lied to, and forced into accepting terrible service. They finally dropped the fee that they were going to charge me ($400) to recut the diamond (which wouldn't register on line -a selling feature). The result so far is a diamond that has an additional inclusion on the surface and was cut down smaller than the written quote.
