After a couple of drinks in Belltown a block from home, I ubered to Karochka Tavern in Wallingford, craving vodka and dumplings. Karochka Tavern always delivers. The good cheer, horseradish vodka, and amazing food forces me to wiggle my toes with pleasure. If Karochka Tavern was in Belltown, my perspiration at the gym would get fill the space with the aroma of horseradish, vodka, and pierogi. That’s better than Right Guard! Karochka Tavern is one of the best bars in Seattle.
Absolutely delicious food!! A bit Spartan for a dining environment, but the quality of the food is Worth it. Best horseradish vodka I have ever had! Interesting beer selection. Half sour pickles! The Lenin Drop is a fantastic cocktail.Very cool music playlist. Brouwers was the only place I have to go every time I am in Seattle, but now I will be here every time as well

Fantastic and interesting drinks. You gotta get their beet-infused vodka drink. I'll have to go back soon for food--it looked great too but we had already eaten. Great ambiance and the very nice owner served us.

I've been wanting to go here for ever and I'm so glad I finally did. The drinks, the atmosphere, and the service are amazing! Plus some of the best Eastern European food in Seattle, and easily the best sit down place for it. Highly, highly recommend!
