We would like to express our fantastic experience with one of your employees. There was a group of three of us who are on a 4500km motorcycle trip. When we got to Radium one of our motorcycles started making a funny noise. We go to cranbrook and brought it into a dealership, which told us some very bad news. A spacer was missing from the axle and on top of that would not release the bike back to us unless it was towed. Our destination for the day was in Ainsworth and we still had a ways to go. After calling a tow truck we towed the motorcycle to the canadian tire parking lot, and started to scratch our heads as to how we were going to get this bike fixed temporarily so we wouldn't have to cancel our bike trip already 2 days in. With none of the appropriate tools with us, this seemed almost impossible. Darren happened to walk by and decided to ask if we were all right. As we explained to him what happened we chatted a bit and then left only to come back later on with a potential part that could be machined down to what we needed. For a good 2-3 hours Darren helped us and gave us the ability to make a part that was perfect for us to finish the trip. Another issue arose as the bearing seemed like it wouldn't last the entire trip and would leave us yet stranded somewhere else down the road. After a while of humming and ha-ing staring at the wheel he just so happened to have the part that we needed that fit the wheel we had. We are extremely appreciative and greatful for all your help. It gives us faith in humanity and we rate Kootenay Marine & Motor Co Inc and their employees 5 star for going above and beyond in helping people whenever they can. Cheers from Edmonton, Alberta~!

Great honest people. They've done my Seadoo for a few years, did a complete rebuild (nice too) of my 1985 Skidoo, and now they care for my inboard boat, Larson 18.6 Rock on.
