Kootenay Coffee

My fav coffee shop in Kelowna! Tucked along the shops on Richter Street the is this amazing Kootenay Coffee Company. I am not an avid coffee drinker but I get my 1-2 cups per week here. The coffee does not have bitter or burned flavour, it just tastes great. It is so wonderful. Thank you. Another plus, great place to have a meeting. Just like I had today.

If you want to drink the best coffee in town. This is the place to go. Caramel Macchiato is my favorite. So delicious . By the way large cup $5.

The best Americano in town , made by the best barista . Emily is always very friendly , fast and efficient and truly makes the best cup of coffee … to top it off it’s organic .

Love the americano and vegan baked goods available. The lady working the Ritchter location is super friendly and provides great service. Did my paramedic program down the street and always felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Highly recommend choosing this little gem over the Starbucks up the road!

Great place to grab a great coffee. Usually no line ups when I stop in. I enjoy their coffee a lot more than other big names in town. Staff are very friendly and easy to deal with. Prices are very good as well. Can't beat it!

The management at the Rutland location are incredibly rude, disorganized, and inconsiderate. The service is mediocre and the owner of the location responds poorly and rudely to communication of any kind. The furniture at this location incredibly old and uncomfortable. If you are going to this coffee shop to work on your laptop, don't. The tables are unstable and creak whenever you move. The interior of the shop is stuffy and poorly ventilated with awful decor. A thoroughly disappointing experience.

Good in n out place for a quick boost of caffeine

Very disappointed with the customer service. I made a special point of calling to order their coffee beans as I have had excellent experience in the past and love the coffee. They sent me beans I did not order, overcharged me for shipping and have still not processed my refund for the beans I have mailed back, it’s been 5 weeks. Despite repeated inquiries they haven’t credited my card. Although they were able to charge my credit card for them initially the same day I ordered the coffee. Will not order ever again and will be telling people about poor customer service. Too bad because coffee is great!

the barista was super nice & cool, great vibes every time I go in. Also the delicious coffee never misses!

Fanastic service, great local coffee. I come here most mornings for my start of the day cup, and the staff has always been great. Bit too small to stick around in, but great to grab and go.
