I had Iris as my stylist & she was phenomenal. Fixed my botched, lob-sided, & grown out covid haircut with mistake bangs & all. She gave me a functional & pretty haircut & that’s going to look good as it grows out, which fits my lifestyle since I take awhile between cuts. Now I love my hair again. The best! I came in to see Savena at first for a few highlights and a trim, she was amazing and I made sure to go back to see her when i wanted to go from black to ginger hair. She did so amazing! A great process, she’s informative and communicative with every step she’s doing so you feel comfortable the whole way through! She transformed my hair and I have never loved my hair more than I do now, it’s like magic! I highly recommend going to see her!

Erika saved me! I had gone to another salonan Aveda for a cut. I have short hair and spoke to the receptionist.  She assured me my stylist would be great. 20 minutes into my cut I asked the stylist politely if she felt comfortable and did she know what she was doing?  She said no to both. We agreed that she stop cutting and that I leave. I walked in to Kokopelli on a Friday to see if anyone could fix my hair. They took me in. Erika was professional and wonderful. She worked with what was left of my hair and I absolutely love the cut. It's an hour drive away for me, but she now has a loyal customer for life. Thank you!!
Went for a much needed haircut and style revamp today and I'm so happy with the outcome. Carol did an amazing job taking my limp, sad hair and giving it the makeover it needed. Usually I'm a bit nervous getting a cut, mixed in with some social anxiety, but Carol made me feet right at ease and confident in the outcome Plus we talked about cats!lol.Thank you Carol! Savena is so great!!!! She listened to me with compassion and also professionalism—I was unhappy with a prior cut that I wanted adjusted, and she empathized without diminishing her unknown colleague. Throughout the entire process, she was fantastic. We used pictures to better ensure what was going to happen, then talked it through some more. She checked in to make sure it was what I wanted at every step, and scheduled additional time to make sure she could adjust the colour sufficiently. I left feeling so good about my haircut and my experience with her. Until she hits it big with her music and doesn't have time to do hair anymore, she's my girl.
I couldn't be happier after my experience today with Kelly! She ensured we were on the same page about the colour, talked me through the steps in the process, and prioritized my hair's health.
