I don't know what happened to this location. Something about the way their handling the meat makes it very dry. That has to change. Also they need to put in a little work training their employees. It took alot of work for them to understand my order. I sincerely hope the owner sees this and takes action because word spreads and eventually you will lose business. I'll come back once I see a few more positive reviews.
Plates used to be very good. Today, we got 4 incomplete plates with VERY VERY dry meat and undercooked fries. It required too much effort to try to re-explain my order because it felt like the worker wasn't even listening so I ended up just giving up. The food was not fresh and looked like it had been sitting there for days.. Definitely way too pricey for the quality of food that was given. I would've preferred going to Marathons for the amount we spent.
The meat was very dry, you can tell it was sitting in the container all day. You get a very small size fountain drink without any refills and the staff is rude. Been to many kojax’s all over. This one’s by far the worst

One of the things that always delights me because it is so simple and pretty much always works. Go into a restaurant or a store with a smile and you always get it back. This restaurant = smiles and great food. What a rewarding experience!
He filled up my wrap with lettuce and then added the typical amount of chicken. But because they go by weight now. It was a few grams over, so he took the 2 tiny pieces of chicken off my sandwich with sauce on them and put it back in the bowl. How close are your margins. A resto with 0 courtesy deserves 0 stars.
