Haven't been in this store in a long time, but I was definitely not pleased with the quality of items especially clothing and men's boots and shoes sold here. Asked an associate for some help finding an item and it seemed as though it was either just a bad day for them or they really don't want to help even when you're nice to them first. Only the checkout lanes on the ladies side of the store were open with a line winding back into the clothing section. I left my single item and decided just to order it online from a different store and save myself the hassle of waiting and likely being treated rudely for a second time in less than an hour.
I used to shop at Kohl's all the time not thrilled with the choices very overpriced I don't wanna have to use coupons and all kinds of other things I just want to shop I was not thrilled I would not go back.
Great spot for back to school shopping. Loads of sales and an amazing selection of name brand clothing for all ages. I found outfits for all four of my kids aged 3-9 well under our budget. Stylish stuff that the kids loved!
Possibly the best Kohl's in Michigan. Much more neat, clean and organized than other locations. And the toy department was completely in order which I don't think I have ever seen. Well done.
Love the Amazon return option. It also always draws me in to buy something I don't need though hahaha always clean and organized and the staff are always helpful
We absolutely love Kohl's! The kids got some school shoes today and I got them a couple blankets for Christmas as well.
Went shopping for men's sweat pants and pajamas.. I prefer the tapered bottoms and they didn't have any in men's 1xl or 2xl..
Prices have gone up and quality and selection has gone down! Sad to see. Been in the store three times in past month and found nothing worth buying.
