Terrible service!! The guy at front may be the owner. Doesn’t make eye contact when inquire about price etc., seems like he doesn’t like the people came here or doesn’t like his job. Kept staring at women’s accompanied with me with tradition Hindu dress. Wants to get paid cash to avoid taxes. First and last time there.

Came from far for this place about an hour away just to find out that they’re closed despite google saying they’re open. Tried calling the number on the door with no answer. There’s a cardboard sign on the door that says they’re only open from 5pm during the week, however the operating hours on google do not match. Very disappointing. Will not be returning here.

Second very bad time here this year. INSPECT YOUR ITEMS CAREFULLY. Sells many damaged and defective items, and will not let you return or exchange them... Even though the man SAID "everything can be exchanged". Claims they cannot sell used items, but CLEARLY sold us used and damaged items. Cares more about money than people.

Bought a cricket bat from them couple weeks ago, broke in the 2nd day. Very bad quality, and the cheaper bat latested longer which the guy said wouldn't, Don't buy from them.

Great collection of best quality kitchenware. I should have come here first to buy my cooking pot. Please ignore the presentation of the store. Staff, Abdur Rashid is very helpful. They have great collection and all size variety.

At 12.32pm, I called them about 10 times. Nobody picked up the phone. My question what's the point of putting the phone number online? Very bad customer service in Canada.

Store was very cramped which is forgivable, but I hope they have the water leak in the back fixed soon. The smell was awful enough that I needed to leave right afterwards. I will edit this and change the rating if someone replies to mention that issue is being resolved.

Great gentleman.i brought my champion carrom board from him.he gave me a good price and hooked me up with few accessories to go with.

Person is working somewhere else but on Google he posted that store opens at 11am but in real he opens late evening around 4pm, disappointed as he wasted my 2-3 hours

Its timing are Mon to Fri 5pm to 8pm and Sat- Sun 10 to 6. Nothing showing online.
