I came here because a friend recommended this place for fresh meat, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. The butcher working at the meat counter was very rude, impatient, and aggressive in his behavior. I want to be clear that my comment refers specifically to the butcher who was cutting and serving the meat, not the cashier or other staff. Instead of helping or allowing customers to choose calmly, he spoke in a disrespectful way that made the environment very uncomfortable.nBecause of this unacceptable attitude, I decided not to buy anything and left the store. I will definitely not return, and I cannot recommend this place to others as long as this person continues working there.nFor a store that has several branches, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service. Management should seriously reconsider how their staff interact with customers.

I've noticed that the handicap parking spot at this store is frequently occupied by people who don’t seem to have a permit. This is disappointing, as these spots are meant for people who truly need them. I hope the management can take steps to ensure these spaces are respected — clearer signage, monitoring, or even warnings could help. Otherwise, the store is great and I appreciate the products and service.
Be careful with the meat products from the butchery, the one I bought was rotten and not fresh it’s not the first time but it’s the last time. On top of that, they refused to take it back. I will never buy anything from this supermarket again.
