Long story short, needed a suv for my family i went to koehne, they where very nice to me and my family, the sales person knowing i had a little baby in my family, i was sold a suv with frame damage, got it confirmed at several other dealerships, very bad experience

Bad News every which way. Hour and 45 min. to get an oil change with appointment made. Pushy sales people who get all bent out of shape if you don't want to pay for there overpriced vehicles or schemes. Couple of cocky ones to say the least. I have never had one good experience at this place.....Service or sales...both poor.
