Kodiak Heating & Air Conditioning

Ian and Jonas earned these 5 stars (duct clean, furnace and humidifier install). Kodiak gave us a very clear and easy to read quote with all the details my husband and I needed to make a decision on which furnace we wanted to purchase/install. Every person from the Kodiak team who came to our house was exactly on time (!) AND they cleaned up after themselves AND they were nice to our kids. THANK YOU for making a furnace replacement a little less painful!

Kodiak quoted us around $500 (~20%) less than Charlton & Hill for the same central air installation, with the exact same model of AC unit. We were invoiced the same price we were quoted, and everything went smoothly. The estimator was great, he gave me a whole bunch of helpful tips. The installation crew was quick and did an awesome job.

I had Kodiak complete a vent and furnace cleaning on a house we recently purchased. The price was excellent and the Tech, Mike, was meticulous! Our house is 3 years old and the amount of construction debris that he cleaned out was insane. We are talking sry wall chunks, hoist hangers, and piles of saw dust. The vents and furnace we supposedly cleaned by another company after the house was built; I definitely know who to use and not to use now!

Mike was amazing and very knowledgable! Came quickly on a cold icy night and fixed my furnace that was full of water. Thankfully I did not need a new furnace seeing as how his one apparently is the Cadillac of furnaces as he called it. Great service. 👍🏻
