The service provided by Kobella was excellent!! Mike and Tony called me to let me know my appointment time and when they were on their way. They we prompt, professional, knowledgeable, assessed the issue and offered solutions. They worked neatly and were very reasonably priced. Lisa, at the scheduling desk is great. She is friendly, responsive and offered options that met my time frame. I would highly recommend Kobella!!!

They came to do a sewer line inspection for a house we are buying in Chardon. The two men who came were both very polite, professional, and actively helpful. They arrived right at the start of my estimated time window, and were efficient about the work and up-front about the costs. I trust the advice they gave me, and I already told them that I'd be using them for any future plumbing (or HVAC) needs in that area.

Highly professional organization. The office staff scheduled quickly, answered all of my questions and were polite. When the plumbers arrived they assessed my problem, which was extensive, offered suggested methods of resolution and worked well to get things corrected for me. I had a few different problems, and before work was started I was presented with a cost breakdown not only for the total work, but also for each problem that needed to be addressed independently. Additionally, I have to mention the plumbers were extremely polite, professional and focused on keeping my home clean during the work. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. To the US Veteran owner of this company, I sincerely thank you for your service.

Sunday morning I woke up to a hot water tank leaking. Contacted Kobella who came highly recommended and new tank installed and fully operational by noon. Really appreciated the quick and professional service from Mike and Anthony.

Very responsive and detailed. Did a great job with my plumbing problem and explained what he did. Anthony is knowledgable and took the time to ensure I was satisfied. Highly recommend. I called and needed an immediate service - wow, they were timely, got the job done, and were really courteous. Thank you!!!
