I have trained with sifu Derek for quite some time now. I would definitely recommend  him. I love the way he explains concepts and also works with your pace. He doesn't make you feel like a beginner but makes you good about yourself. I always feel like a great workout after each class. He is as awesome teacher.

Working out with Derek has been amazing! The passion he has for martial arts and wing chun is infectious. Highly recommended!
