This place prior to COVID paid attention to cleanliness. With the reopening and major Reno this place is doing everything right. Thanks to Mike and the team for keeping us motivated and active.

Our 2003 girls rep team did a preseason fitness program at Fitness Connection and it was a fantastic experience. It was a well rounded program and the group was excited to come in every week. Great facility. Great team. We highly recommend the gym for team/group training and will certainly be back in the future. Thanks Mike and team!

Best 90 minute Yoga class ever. Fatima is excellent. Lots of room to stretch and relax.

recently moved into the area- wanted something clean, new and accessible w challenging classes and Adrian and Mike have delivered...I highly recommend this facility- ample parking too and not overpopulate like some of the other clubs in the area
