Still the best place to go out of town from Montréalnfor my health, 4 years and counting.. nFamily doctor gives a 5 stars professional, very knowledgeable and kind service with amazing staff..
Excellent efficient and pleasant care!
We called at 8:15 a.m. as requested but the lines were simply cut it didn't even ring until 8:35 a.m. to tell us that there was no room. Also we were never able to have a 9 month appointment as planned, for our baby...The secretaries are really stupid and seem disgusted with their job. Extremely complicated appointment system... You can't make it too early or too late. They tell everyone to call the same day for an appointment a month in advance with the same doctor. If you have a lot of follow-up and you miss the date you had to call by 5 minutes, then you're screwed for another month. Frustrating and ridiculous, what's the point of having a family doctor when 80% of the time you're better off going to the hospital...Doctors are the best though...
DR William Barakett, Physician in a class of his own. First doctor I met who didn't judge patients struggling with alcoholism or drug addiction. More than impressive availability. Of course you have to be honest and want to get out of it!nI wish you the chance and honor to have him as your doctor.nThanks Doc.
