My husband required emergency surgery while in town from London for a wedding. With all the stress I can't say we were particularly polite to the staff, and they took it all in stride and provided him with exceptional care. The scar has now healed perfectly, and all went very well. I cannot thank them enough.

THE EMERGENCY ROOM DESERVES ZERO STARS. I am appalled at how they treat people. The emergency department is a perfect example of our failed health care system. So unproffessional and unorganized and over crowded. However, the radiology department was quick and efficient. The ultra sound thechnition came from granby for us.

My husband went for a colonoscopy on Friday. The receptionist, nurse , doctor and all staff members assisting in the procedure were very professional. The nurse answered all of our questions and assured my husband that all would go well. Thank you very much! Nancy

My husband was admitted for surgery , most of the nurses were great. One however , although I was given authority to stay with my husband over night told me I had to leave I was respectful and told her I had ordered food to eat with my husband who hadn't eaten all day then I would go. She then had a security guard come threaten me as we ate our meal together, to call police! I'm not sure she would have treated me that way if I were French born. Although I can speak French. I found it disgraceful. If your looking for a hospital that respects the spouse of its patients go elsewhere.
