Amazing service and professionalism. They made everything so easy and understandable, the explanations were thorough and answered all my questions. My account rep, Zelin Zou was awesome, he is so great to work with.nThe whole reason all my insurance needs come here..feel totally at ease!!

Careless, lazy and incompetent.nnHome insurance: they dropped the ball on a routine renewal so hard that the insurance company needed us to hold up a boombox outside their room before they'd take us back.nnCar insurance / registration: they somehow managed to leave a car insured but not registered. A policeman showing up at yr door is *not* the way you wanna find out your broker is garbage. They took the money but the things did not happen.nnSummary: go somewhere else. Literally anywhere else. The insurance company's incompetence shouldn't be a bigger risk than the hazards you want to insure against.

The ladies here are the best to deal with, they're professional, courteous and are so so sweet. Best experience ive had to date with SGI. Especially the lady with the tattoos and glasses and blue hair - she's an absolute rockstair

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Knight Archer. The person I spoke to, Lien, was shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. He was shouting at me, speaking aggressively, and showed zero respect or basic customer service skills.nnInstead of helping or listening, Lien created a hostile and stressful interaction. This kind of behavior is unacceptable from any business, especially one that deals with clients in serious matters. There was no professionalism, no patience, and no courtesy whatsoever.nnIf this is the standard of customer service at Knight Archer, I strongly recommend others stay away. No customer deserves to be treated this way.

Very poor customer service and communication. I have been waiting for a call from a manager for 3 weeks and after multiple requests to speak with someone. Emails go unanswered and details are not provided. After 3 trips into one location and nothing but excuses I pulled 3 package policies from them and went elsewhere. I received 2 quotes and both were cheaper. Poor advice and not very knowledgeable. They will take your money and that’s where any service ends. They have basically stolen from me as I have been waiting for a substantial refund for weeks and they cannot even confirm the amount. I don’t think they even monitor these reviews, very low Indeed rating as well from employees. Can a manger please call me??
