Been dealing with this firm for 6 years. Never had a problem. Exceptional service. Just got me the best rate for home insurance

Terrible!! This place has cost me hundreds of dollars by screwing up my insurance!! Wanted $200 deductibles on my package policies, only put them on collision, had a weather claim, found out that was left at $700 deductible. Wanted glass chip coverage, 3 months later went in for a chip claim, no dice, too high of a deductible, had to pay full price for repair. These people are either inept or borderline fraudulent!

This place has the most inept staff I have ever dealt with. I deal with this place strictly because of Sunday service. They find a way to screw things up on the regular. Even with emails and paper trails, somehow ends up being my fault. Go figure. Last time I will be back as it's always a frustrating experience with less then qualified staff who seem to barely know how to do their job. I would give zero stars if I could because they don't even deserve 1 star. What a joke.

So far, this is the worst agency to do business with. Girl who worked on Wednesday afternoon (9th) is awful, rude and totally unprofessional employee who doesn't respect customers at all. Shame for this company to treat people like she does. If she doesn't like her job, better to stay at home or find another one.
