Came in to look around with my mother we ended up picking out a few things to buy. As we got in lines we were waiting and were having a conversation until we turned around and realized the checkout clerk had left the station. we looked around for 5 minutes to realize that she had went to another register and was helping another line of people. My mother walked over and asked her why she went to another line to which she replied rudely that the computer froze so she left. She NEVER told us she was switching to another station which would have been the appropriate thing to do. After that with the second clerk helping us was equally as rude and decided to give us attitude about the transaction. All in all they need to work on their staffs attitude and how they handle customers especially when the staff alone had already frustrated the customers. there was no need to escalate the issue.

Everyone knows this store has inconsistent stock and slow checkout lines. My last visit was horrible, as expected, but it's close to my house.

Horrible service. Long lines. Employees are either clueless or so weird looking you'd rather not talk to them. Lousy selection. The ONLY reason to go there is they are cheap.

I used to have good memories of here as a child, but I've noticed the owner's horrible attitude and the customer service staff's incompetence. Besides that, they have ok prices and selection.
