Took a long time in prep, lost things, dog in store shedding fur. I called about tailoring and when my suit would be ready and I got a long intro with the lady on the phone before asking what I wanted. I asked when my suit would be ready and she just said "later today" and hung up on me. Previously, I had asked for a call when it was ready... no such call. All but my last times there felt really rushed and like I was a major inconvenience to whatever they were doing... Silver lining: I did eventually get my suit and it looks nice. There was an exceptionally nice and courteous older gentleman from the midwest who worked there part time who was an absolute gem and he was there my last visit. If every person working at the store was like this man, I'm sure they would get many referrals, but he is a rare gem.

I have purchased a blazer and a suit at this location. Sharon assisted me both times, and is very personable and conscientious. Also, I saved more than $500 on the suit and shirts.

They deserve exactly a 4. Some small mistakes were made with the fitting of my suit but all was corrected in the time frame it needed to be. There was one employee that was not trained so well who was slightly rude on the phone but the GM, Sharon, was very apologetic and made it right. I actually loved the vibe and banter of the staff here (and I was here 5+ times for a custom suit, shirt, etc.). She's the one I trust most to get it right at this store. Definitely shop on the sales to make it worth your while.

Was treated like a criminal by the manager while explaining why a shirt was defective. Manager is incredibly rude and has zero people skills. Also, the store is very messy. Horrible service, still thinking about it days and weeks later.
