Klondike Premium Steakhouse

sadly me and my party of 8 left after waiting over 1 hour for our food on a tuesday night. should have checked the reviews before going in! i hope you guys can learn from the repeated problems your establishment seems to be having. peace out! :) update: thank you for the kind response, we were just visiting the area from out of town so probably can't do too much. but yeah, thanks for the gesture of kindness. best to you! :)

I do NOT recommend this restaurant. The waitress is very friendly but the food is not good. My friend’s mom ordered a $32 overcooked-not-fresh lobster, my friend’s husband had a dry ribs, and we shared the calamari both grilled and fried were tasteless. My fish & chips is good but the size of the fish is not worth $17 even if you add the coffee and never mind the dessert-not good! Note to self: always look at the reviews & ratings

I would highly recommend that no one eat at this restaurant unless they desire a nice dose of salmonella poisoning. I had ordered the chicken brochette, which was brought to my table raw. I informed the waiter who brought it back to the kitchen, only to bring back more raw chicken the second time. No compensation was offered and I ended up ordering the shrimp as opposed to my desired chicken dish. The shrimp was mediocre at best. When the manager was informed of the situation, they joked that it was because they were really busy for a Wednesday. Being busy is not an excuse to endanger the health of your customers. Find somewhere else to eat that will actually cook your food properly.

This place used to be amazing, I have not been for a while. The portions seems smaller than before and they use to have a salad bar you go to. I had a hamburger on my last visit and the only thing that was good were the fries. The burger was barely warm and dry. The bun was dry. I also found it pricy for lunch.

Save your hard-earned money and do not eat at this place trust me it's disgusting. Go to Pete's Cape Cod instead. If you want to eat vegetables out of a can and over cooked food and sauces out of a can then this is your place
