The worst service I've EVER seen! We tried to eat there once. The key word is "tried" as we never succeed. I took us just 10 min to get a many and then 20 more minutes we were just watching 6 waiters passing by us and NONE of them ever bothered to ask if we were ready to order. The resto was not full. We had to leave and I explained to the host why. She just told: "Oh I'm sorry, have a nice day!" What? She didn't even move to try to fix the issue. Plus then I addressed the issue to the management via sending an email and I never heard back from anyone. That is the WORST service I ever seen!

My wife and I went for lunch on a Sunday afternoon around 12:00 noon. The terrace was about 30% full. We sat down and waited… and waited… the service was awful. There was one hostess standing on the boardwalk doing very little other than smiling trying to attract customers. The other waitress was trying to serve the entire restaurant. The bartender was drying glasses while on his cell phone. After a ridiculous wait, we saw another employee arrive and now there was just more chaos and still no service. Our order wasn’t even taken so we left. As we were leaving, the bartender put down his cell phone (yes, he was still on it) and asked is ”everything all right”? I replied “No”, he replied “We’re busy and there are 20 other restaurants you can go to”. Clearly this bartender (at around 1:15pm on Sunday September 17th) was the owner, or owner’s son or nephew. No way would such an employee be tolerated.

Food is mediocre. Average bar food. Prices are waaaaay too high for what you get. Service is so so. The server was good but the attention was slow so we ended waiting longer than average to make our order and get our bill and didn't get some of the consumers we asked for. Good enough for a drink next to the canal but can't recommend for anything else.

Fantastic food sat on the terrace free band playing on terrace Thursday nights by the way. .staff a very nice girl came to serve me very attentive took care of everything for me I ordered a burger plate thighy it was fantastic the ribs are good too went with my girlfriend she couldn't eat it all so I had some of that...I highly recommend this place specially on Thursday evenings there live music always nice.....
