I cannot say enough kind things about the staff at Kleinfeld!! Planning a wedding during COVID was stressful, but working with the staff and Kleinfeld was always exciting! I had ideas of what kind of styles I liked but many of them were out of my price range. I showed my consultant what I liked and she managed to help me find the perfect dress that was in my budget! I have always been someone who is self-conscious but the consultant helped me feel beautiful in a variety of styles! The dress fittings went very well too! The consultants were always kind and helpful with any questions I had or thoughts for alterations. The day I picked up my dress was very bitter-sweet because although I was happy to have the dress, I was sad to be leaving Kleinfeld Bridal and their wonderful staff. If you're looking for a wedding dress- I highly recommend them!!

I had a great experience despite not buying my wedding dress here. It was easy to book an appointment as it is online. The place is huge and nicer than many other wedding dress boutiques. They also have a large selection of designers. The lady that helped me forgot her name was friendly and you can tell she was very experienced. She never rushed me and gave me lots of advice and opinion since it was my very first time trying on wedding dresses.

Wedding dress mecca! There is a lot of selection and the staff is very experienced and know the inventory well. If you are unsure of what your looking for in a wedding dress then this would be a good place to start. They have a lot of traditional wedding dresses and gowns. In terms of colour, there are a lot of white and nude dresses to chose from. Inventory is mostly size 10 but they have ways to make the dresses larger and smaller for all frames. There is not a lot of inventory for those looking for unique or coloured gowns. They should invest in new couches as they are worn and this cheapens the experience.

My overall experience shopping for a wedding dress here was phenomenal. The staff were so kind and helpful. I had Danielle as my consultant and she MADE my experience. She engaged me and my whole family while we were there and made the whole process feel so much more comfortable and exciting. She brings such a great energy and heart to the experience, and had us laughing the whole time. She ensured that I was well taken care of and found my dream dress while keeping it within the budget I wanted. I got to try on a variety of styles and she was able to decipher my style and find me dresses that were right on the mark! So many great things to say about my consultant and Kleinfeld. I highly recommend them if you're shopping for your wedding dress!

I visited the store on January 22nd with my family and we absolutely had an amazing time! I was looking forward to finally having a Kleinfeld experience and Eleanor, my consultant, just blew me away! I was so nervous that I was not going to find my dress because of my size. I felt insecure and unsure of my options. Eleanor helped me to feel like a bride. She managed to find me a dress that fit me like a glove! Eleanor made the appointment feel as exciting as finding the dress itself. She joined in on our family fun yet still made sure that my voice was heard amongst my loud and opinionated family members. If you are on the fence about going to Kleinfeld’s, it absolutely is worth the trip, because of consultants like Eleanor. Michelle then helped us to go through a very seamless payment process and dress pickup. We drove over 2 hours to get there and on our way back home we got caught in a snow storm yet, we all were so ecstatic about finding the dress and how kind Eleanor was, that we didn’t even care. I am truly thankful to everyone involved for creating such a magical experience!

One of the lessons I learned as a bride is that I had to advocate for myself and go after what I wanted and needed. I would have loved if the Kleinfeld team proactively reached out to me, however, whenever I called to check in and see how the dress was coming along and when I could come in for a fitting, I will acknowledge that they were always responsive. I was able to get my dress with time to spare before the big day and I appreciate that when I shared my concerns with the manager he heard me, improved my experience, and generously offered me a reduced rate on my alterations. There were minor, easy tweaks to be made to the gown. I have compassion and empathy for the fact that they're working with a reduced capacity during a trying time - thanks for still getting me to my wedding day, gown in hand!

I had a great experience at Kleinfeld, there is a large selection of different styles and designers at different budgets. The boutique is very elegant, very spacious and clean. My consultant Rosalind was absolutely amazing and lovely to work with! She made the entire experience feel so comfortable and exciting, she took the time to understand my style and preference and pulled dresses for me to try on all within my budget. During my first visit, she found me the dress that I ended up buying! I visited the store a couple times before making my final decision and didn’t feel pressured at all during any of the visits. She was very knowledgeable and ensured to follow up with me after my appointments to address any questions I had regarding the dress and designer customizations really appreciated her patience and her prompt follow up. Couldn't be happier with my dress and veil!! My family and I had a wonderful and fun experience, highly recommend!!

The experience of shopping for a wedding dress at Kleinfeld was seamless. The staff are so friendly, accommodating & kind. Eleanor was lovely and helped me find the perfect dress I wanted. The only down side is that sometimes I felt rushed and wish I could have taken my time more. Shanay at reception is also amazing. She has a very grounding & compassionate energy that really helped calm any nerves about the process! Isabel, who fitted my dress was incredible. She literally worked magic on my dress & made me feel so comfortable. It was easy to trust everyone here. Thank you to the awesome staff at Kleinfeld!!

I had an amazing time there. This place is really size inclusive and the dresses are breathe taking. It’s really clean and the options are really large and there are more dresses on their way. For the amazing staff, Roshni was AMAZING. She was so caring, sweet, honest, and she knew exactly what I was looking for. If you want someone to help you find your dream dress, schedule an appointment with her. She made me feel like a bride and helped me find my perfect dress.

My sister and I, we came yesterday to shop for my wedding dress. I was told that every single bridal book says that you should shop for a dress 8-12 months prior to the event, but my circumstances allowed me to do so only 4 weeks prior to my wedding. So I was already nervous about not being able to find a dress in time. In store we met Danielle and she was our personal stylist who was helping us to find a perfect dress! Not she was welcoming, friendly, and easy going, but it also felt like we were shopping with our best friend! She saw the vision right away and brought us to try some gorgeous dresses! We loved the options and from the third try were able to find the perfect dress! However, we wanted to add some additional pieces that would complete the final look of the dress. Danielle went above and beyond to help us and make our dreams come true! If you ever decide to go to Kleinfeld, make sure to ask for Danielle to help you!
