An amazing store! Great customer service and very nice people there! If your looking to buy a dress this is the place! A little bit pricey but The dresses are very high quality. The people at Hugo Nicholson are geniuses at the art of fine craftsmanship! Highly recommended!
Worst customer service and experience. Old, miserable staff. Will only take person of one person at a time when their is 3 staff working. Just terrible! Will never return!
Just had an incredible experience at Hugo Nicholson buying my wedding dress. Gloria was fantastic - very caring and made my experience the best it could be.
Had such a good experience here. They were very friendly and helped me for an hour past their closing time!
These people are absolutely disgusting! My $3000.00 budget was not enough for them. I wasn't even allowed to go upstairs! I think they thought I couldn't afford to be in there, and were to busy trying on bracelets. I would never recommend this place to anyone EVER!
