Klein's Pharmacy

Sharanda was wonderful in helping our granddaughter. She was having trouble learning to roller skate, and we saw these “Walker-like” training aids at the roller rink. We had an unused Walker at our house and Sharanda put 4 wheels on it and it works amazing. She was very thoughtful and encouraged our 6 year old granddaughter.

Beyond grateful for this pharmacy and the staff. As a diabetic with terrible insurance, I having been having a really tough time trying to get my insulin somewhere I can afford it, and the process has been unbelievably stressful. My doctor helped me find Klein's, and they were very kind even in my panicked emails and literal life-savers. I have had nothing but positive experiences when I come in to pick up my medication! Thank you Klein's!!

We had an excellent visit this past week at Klein's Pharmacy. My mother needed a new pair of compression stockings, and Sharanda took care of us. She was competent and very kind. She took her time making sure the compression stockings fit perfectly. Thank you, Sharanda!

I came in for some Compression stocking. I was approached soon as I came to the counter, asked how they could help me and processed to have me follow them to them to the room. Sharanda was made me feel comfortable, was quick, and answered all questions I had about the stocking. Sharanda made the process smooth, after the horrible time I had with Drug Mart. I was highly recommended to come here.

I just switched to kleins a couple months ago I am so glad I did they have been very helpful friendly, and proficient I definitely recommend them to everyone! Thank you kliens for making everything so much easier

This is my 1st time visiting this store. I needed something and was instructed to order it on Amazon. I do NOT LIKE ONLINE SHOPPING! WR PHARMACY SUGGESTED I CHECK KLEINS! I FOUND WHAT I NEEDED AND THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL! LOVED IT! I strongly suggest if you are having surgery and are in need of a walker, canes, toilet risers, grippers, or anything else to assist you with transitioning from the hospital to home, KLEINS IS THE PLACE TO SEND A FAMILY MEMBER TO PURCHASE WHAT YOU WILL NEED. IT'S ACROSS THE STREET ON THE CORNER!

Place is a joke. Driver calls off then they wait until an hour before closing to tell anyone. Call to get it they say they will close at 4 get there at 359 and they are closed. They are playing with peoples meds that need it. I would expect this out of a chain store but not a family owned business.

I really wanted to like it here but it's just not as sophisticated as Walgreens. No drive thru and they never check the curbside texts sat out there twice for ~20 minutes before going in and they were surprised to hear that I had been waiting. No matter how many times I asked for our prescriptions to auto renew, they never did. And I hardly ever got calls or texts that our family of 5 prescriptions were ready. They'd finally call or text and ask if I still wanted it. Often there would be some kind of issue. For instance, I was only taking half of a certain pill every day but when I ran out in two months instead of 1, they wouldn't renew it for ten days. There's no way it wasn't time for a renew when I had only been taking half a pill. They just could not understand what I was trying to explain to them. Lastly, meds are often out of stock which we never experienced at the chain pharmacies. So I moved everything back to Walgreens where everything is much more smooth and 21st century. Klein's is great, we just have too many prescriptions for all these issues every month.

Historically, I've been pleased with Klein's for standard refills and vaccinations, but this past Saturday was a mess. I had appts for my flu and COVID booster but what should have been 30 min maximum was a little over an hour. And I didn't even get the booster I signed up for, accepting unnecessary risk with an alternative in the interest of time. And whatever the new computer system is, I am unable to log-in and see my prescriptions to request refills in the app or the website. Normally, Klein's has much better customer service but it feels like even they and their systems are feeling the wear and tear of pandemic management.
