Such a great experience.  When my door wasn’t working after being hit, Klassen Auto worked on the vehicle so I could drive it until the parts arrived.  The damage was fairly extensive.  When the repairs were done, Klassen Auto exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone.  Henry was kind and courteous as always and Joy was wonderful to deal with in the front.  Also, I do not know the technician’s name but would like to thank him/her as well. I highly recommend this shop! The customer service provided by Joy while coordinating out of province insurance was some of the best I have ever experienced. Zero stars! These guys are rip off artists that won't help a young girl down on her luck...took complete advantage of her and put second hand parts in her car...that didn't even fix the issue then demanded she pay even tho her car wasn't fixed. Absolutely horrible service towards this young lady. Im Appalled!!!
