KJ's Pharmacy

I've been a new customer to KJ's for a couple months, what a difference to my old pharmacy. Kudos to you guys. The wait times have been really good, I can refill my rx from an app and get text notifications when it's ready. They've been very inviting when I come in. I wasn't expecting RC cars in a pharmacy, that makes my waits so much more fun.

We went to the customer appreciation day and loved it, thank you! We decided to transfer in our prescriptions, it's been great! I've felt the staff has been very professional with us, the service has been very fast and even a little fun. Glad I gave it a try. I'd give 5 stars! When I can pick up my prescription on Saturday I'll give 5!

Seriously the best compounding pharmacy! They make having a serious chronic illness so much easier. I have A LOT of compound prescriptions and I get personal calls to ask questions and clarify and make sure it's exactly what I need and it's so refreshing! I would highly recommend them! They even have a free delivery service which is super awesome for people like me that can't always drive due to my condition!☺️

I have only used Kjs once but I think it is important for them and future customers to know why I probably wouldn't use them again. As a health care provider they should be much more conscientious of HIPAA. I am expecting and there was no privacy or no attempt for privacy to be made while I was getting my prescription. It 'announced' as he casually talked about my pregnancy over the counter. As a healthcare provider myself, I understand privacy rights and was extremely frustrated.

Tim and his wonderful staff are always eager to help me. I am always greeted with a smile. They really went out of there way to help me during a hard time I had over the summer. They are the best.
