Most often very busy however, the store is very well staffed with extremely customer service oriented people.  Well informed pharmacists always willing to  help.  No questions go unanswered.  My insurance wants to send rx through the mail but, I pay a little higher insurance premium for great service at Dick's Pharmacy.  Well worth it!

Most friendly staff. They always go above and beyond to help patrons. Love how they make sure that new prescriptions don't cause allergic reactions do to prior prescriptions. They are also amazing on prescription prices.
