Stopped here for a meal with a salad from a grocery store after riding all day through 100+ degree heat. Looked like an oasis in the desert. Was green, clean, nice level gravel parking lot (important on a motorcycle) and there was no traffic, just a couple people going to the river to fish with thier kids. Great place to unwind for a bit before getting back in the saddle for the trip down to Salmon. Oh, should mention sign said "moose habitat, beware if moose"...no kidding, a moose once bit my sister...

This park offers a clean fun peaceful atmosphere! Playground for the kids and a nice trail along the river. Well shaded with beautiful trees and has an open field.
