Kittredge Darlene L CPA

I started going there last year and have had incredible service with this CPA firm. Yes, you pay a little more, but in reality you pay for what you get. Prior to this CPA firm, I had been going to a one man show in someone's house. This lady made a few big errors on my taxes costing me over 2,600 in taxes. I found this CPA firm and they straightened everything out for me. Also, I may call my CPA with questions and concerns and she is always willing to help. I should mention that all fees are stated upfront and after the CPA completes your work it is checked by a second. Great customer service!

The expectations set were not met. Our taxes are not overly complicated. We own a house, my husband goes to school and we have a few stocks. The tax preparation that should have cost around $250 Kittredge & Zehner charged us $423. We were told over the phone that the tax preparation would cost what normal tax prep costs (between $150 and $250) and were not told about a meeting fee (which we were charged). We feel we were taken advantage of and would not recommend this firm to anyone.
