It was usually a pleasure to work with Michael Lipp but not this year. I filed my taxes in February and still have not received my taxes. I checked the IRS website for refund updates. They had no record . I txted Michael many times , he finally stated the IRS was having delays. I checked with other Tax preparers they said they hadn’t heard of any delays. After a month of waiting I txted again with no answer s. I finally went to see him and he stated he was having software issues. He said he mailed my taxes april 7th.The week before my visit. It takes 6 weeks. He never mentioned this software issue until I went to see him. I called the IRS May23rd they have no record of my taxes being filed. I have an appointment with them I may have to refile. I am formally filing a complaint. This is not only my taxes but my three sons as well. The lack of communications,follow up and apology has lead me to this negative review.

Michael Lipp is my go to for my taxes!! He is very professional, knowledgeable, and down to earth!! I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of service I receive year after year!! Returning customer who whole heartedly recommends to anyone interested! You will not be disappointed!
