I'm having a very positive experience at this clinic with favorable results from my therapy. Sarah is kind, compassionate and professional. She listens to the issues, does a comprehensive evaluation and has clearly defined solutions. I highly recommend her.
I’ve been going to see Shirley since early on in the pandemic and I am so thankful and grateful that I found her. I went through so many different physiotherapists for my neck and sternum pain that didn’t help and/or just made things so much worse. When I first saw Shirley I could barely move my head from side to side and had unbearable nerve pain and burning neck/shoulder muscles. She knew exactly what I needed and put me on a gradual path to getting me back to normal life. I really honestly don’t know where I’d be without her… could not recommend this clinic more.
Well run business: professional, friendly, and skilled physiotherapists. The treatments and exercises I have been given to do have really helped me heal from a few assorted injuries over the past few years.
Justin is the best physiotherapist in the city. Every time I've visited him its been a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend!
Gail is very knowledgeable and an excellent physiotherapist with many years of experience. She is very professional, listens and never hesitate to go the extra step to make sure your treatment offers relief. Her exercise programs are thoughtful and efficient. Totally recommended!
Physiotherapist Sarah Leong has been amazing! Ruptured my Achilles back in September 2021, and through slowly working on it with her guidance I have been able to rehab in the right way. I'm now up to a running program and can start to lift weights again thanks to how she's able to provide support and exercises that work the muscles. Will always recommend this clinic as the staff is friendly and courteous as well.
I saw Mary Stern, physiotherapist, for IMS for my thoracic outlet/shoulder/arm pain. I did not think ANYTHING could help the nerve pain or deep muscle spasms! I am now pain free and back to my former self. Though the treatment can be VERY uncomfortable, even painful, and the after-effects can last for 1-2 days following, the release of muscle tension and pain relief have been real and lasting. Mary has, in fact, released muscle tension that preceded shoulder injury exacerbation. I strongly recommend seeing her.
The clinic is clean and comfortable. MPT Justin was very knowledgeable,friendly and professional. I'd definitely visit again!
I feel very fortunate to have found Gail Mattuck when I first needed Physio about 2 years ago. She helped me regain full mobility in my left arm and become pain-free. I’m seeing her again for stiffness in my hips. She’s extremely knowledgeable, and makes the process/therapy fun and engaging.
My experience with Kitsilano Physiotherapy and Sarah Leong has been very positive - Sarah is a very knowledgeable practitioner as well as caring and compassionate. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived at the clinic. I’m so grateful that I found this clinic.
