Had a lovely acupuncture & cupping session with Kelli! She was so sweet & friendly & really made sure I was comfortable at every stage. The space although temporary was well set up, clean & smelt really nice!

First time visiting Kelli and I immediately felt comfortable, seen, supported, and cared for. She is an incredible practitioner.

I would recommend Kelli from Elements Wellness Centre anytime. She is thorough, thoughtful and caring and really knows what she is doing. Best accupuncture I've had.

Delaja was amazing at her job!! She made sure i am comfortable and needs are met. My body was so relaxed after being sore for days. I would definitely recommend Elements Centre to try at least once. I plan to go every couple of months.

I have been seeing Kelli Taylor on and off for 5 years and she has helped me so much. She listens, she is intuitive and knows just what you need to work on to improve your constitution. I was having reactions to so many varying substances and she helped me to pair that down and really get to a great healthy space where my body was much more tolerant. I highly recommend her if you are experiencing any syptoms from foods or allergens.

I had an excellent message today from Sydney at Elements Wellness. The centre is pleasantly inviting with simple and serene decor. Sydney is soft spoken and unassuming but professional and very skilled at her craft. She was caring, thorough and always sensitive to my comfort, adjusting the level of pressure used as she effectively worked out the tightness and sore spots, some I didn't even know I had. I left feeling soothed, relaxed and refreshed. I look forward to my next visit.

When I moved to Vancouver in 2010, I used google to help me find my new health care practitioners and "Best acupuncturist in Vancouver" led me to Kelli Taylor at Elements Wellness Centre! Seven years later and she's still my acupuncturist. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone interested in trying acupuncture, in fact, I'm pretty sure she's worked on my entire family--including my 2 year old niece!

I recently had an amazing massage from Kristie V where I was able to fully relax and let go. I have chronic anxiety and find it challenging to fully feel relaxed among strangers but Kristie not only made me feel welcome and relaxed during our first few minutes, but allowed me to recognize where I hold my tension during the massage. She is very skilled but soothing at massage; I like that combination.  I finally was able to let go of all this tension I have held for probably years. It makes me teary eyed! Thanks Kristie for your help. I will sure to come back. Bless you.  Ps Kristie worked the allotted time I booked. It was never rushed. It is standard to arrive early to fill out paperwork at all clinics. Responsible, ethical people do not show up 15 minutes late and expect the therapist to run over. How would that be fair to the next client? Also it states that I am solely responsible for booking the massage so if I don't receive an email  which has never happened that is a poor excuse for arriving late or missing an appointment. Book the appointment, remind yourself in your calendar of your selected appointment, and stop blaming others for your irresponsibility.

Amazing experience! I have been having some issues with restless leg syndrome and Alyssa has done an amazing job with acupuncture and cupping. I have been sleeping much better after the appointments. Highly recommended!
