Always on hold forever, then very long wait times for takeout! I like this pizza and the price, and would even pay a bit more for their product if the business would expand to accommodate the customer with more reasonable times for ordering and cooking- even on a Monday night the hold time to take my order was 5 minutes and the pick up time 35 minutes... change this and you get 5 stars from me.

Service may suck a little but that is becuase of one person not the whole business. The food... awesome and amazing. The taco and philly are really good.

Buyer beware - look at the RECENT reviews. Kitsap Pizza is no longer a good value and has continued it's nose dive in customer satisfaction. VERY POOR customer service and menu prices raised 35%. I imagine Kitsap Pizza "cult followers" will have to support this business via GoFundMe if they are to remain viable. Good riddance KP.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My mom pre ordered over 100.00 in pizza 5 hours in advance for 10 people, they forgot the order. Then when it arrived , 2 HOURS after it was supposed to, they screwed up one of the pizzas. It had nuts on it and my aunt is allergic. They told me my next order would be free . Tried calling today and no record of the mix up. I don't know how many drugs they are on but the customer service is horrendous . Pizza is average as well . Go someplace else! Save yourself the headache!!

I ordered$103. worth of pizza at 2:30 to be delivered at 5:30. At 7:30 we finally got some of the order of which one was wrong. They said our next order would be 50% off and now they saw they have nothing that says that in their system. Very poor customer service.
