Kitsap Credit Union has gone way downhill over the years. Not seeing the advantages of membership against larger banks anymore, and with one disappointment after another, I'm in the market for a new place to take my business. I've been with them since 2004.

I cant believe all those negative reviews for The Kitsap Credit union. i have been banking with them for over 34 years, never had a mistake to my accounts. Always courteous, the lady at the front desk Eva is a jewel, always pleasant. Go to B of A and get that , good luck.

I recently got my truck Loan through Kitsap Credit Union. While the interest rate and customer service has been great. The make it very hard to pay them without incurring a convenience fee of $10.00. And in today's world I don't understand this

They won't cash there own checks without charging you an arm and leg to do so. My friend wrote me a check for 2K from KCU and they wanted 400 to cash it 2% that is if you don't have an account with them. I Know a lot of investors that stop banking with them.
