I grew up with key bank being a very big part of the community. I'm very unsatisfied with this particular key bank. The customer service is very superficial and the employees are pretty much there for a pay check. In other words, when i go in there i pretty much feel like just another face. I'd defenitely stick with Kitsap Bank, or Kitsap Credit union, something local !!!

The atm was out for a couple of weeks, the recommended app is patchy at best, and the bushes outside of the building are a hazard as they don't allow a line of sight when exiting: It's very dangerous when you have to pull into the sidewalk while there are people trying to walk, so that you can see if there's traffic comming.
