If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The lady in the store lied to me when I purchased my fridge as she said it was brand new from the store...I don't believe this to be true at all! We paid $650 for a Stainless Steel Fridgidaire 18 cu. ft. fridge that hasn't worked correctly since it was plugged in. In the first month and a half, the fridge has frozen my food twice and the freezer part can either be very ice cold or luke-warm (the ice cream sandwiches are smooshy).Every time I call the lady makes me feel like it's a BIG bother to her to send someone out and although the guy who comes is nice, he never finds anything wrong with the fridge...although he hasn't taken it apart yet, he just takes the temperature reading with a gun and says it's fine. It also makes this gurgling sound like a fridge would if it had an ice machine (which ours does not). She refuses to give our money back and take the fridge. I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY HERE!!!
