This home Depot is another great location for the big home improvement franchise, the staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. I never have a problem finding someone to point me into the right direction.

So many amazing employees here unfortunately they have one so called manager that is exceptionally rude, really brings the entire store down. You may not be able to accommodate all customer requests but learn how to speak professionally to people Chris.

In the midst of our kitchen reno, we lost track of countertops a month after ordering. The customer service rep, Aura, was absolutely wonderful. Calm, professional, kind, and dedicated to solving the mystery! The countertops were delivered within 24 hours and they are gorgeous!nnI cannot fully express what an excellent experience we had with Aura. She is one in a million and we are so grateful!

Had some questions regarding the proper salt to use in my water softener and Karen B took the time to answer all my questions and explain what I really needed was an additional carbon filter system. Thank you Karen and congrats Home Depot for having knowledgeable and helpful people like Karen on your team.
