Moral boosting meetings in the morning.... no prompt service in the evening as the employee was on break and there was no backup.nI had to wait almost half an hour to get service on an item that required to be cut to size.nnWhat indeed are the moral boosting meetings for - gender, inclusion but not for service?nnI drove 60 KMS to get the item only to find myself in this disappointing situation.nnYou can do better, no?

This system is broken. I was given choice of am or pm delivery. Chose pm as I was not at the locationnGet there at 10. 30 am only to find an AI message saying they would deliver at 9 30am,not only was this wrong but they were using WRONG phone # so I had missed delivery. Why give a choice of time if delivery company do not adhere to request!nNot only that was frustrating but installer was coming from 100km away and had to return.nAI phone messages are rudiculas as there is no way to reply immediately.nI wasted 2 yes 2 days getting this sorted.nNever will use Home Depot again.nBeware nothing is done as they say.

Never met an entire staff of people so rude and disrespectful in my life. Absolutely horrible service. The way they confidently spoke with such disgusting attitude and tone is baffling. I will not be returning. Shame to see The Home Depot Employees have gone downhill.

I'm just gonna be straight out honest here, I'm not the only shopper noticing that a couple of your Indian/Pakistanian cashiers need to cover the smell of their armpits. It is very strong and such a turn off. I have made it known to the management

Always loved this location. Great help, easygoing staff. I love all the Batt Op Ryobi HP+ tools they have. I own almost all of them. Well stocked and Loading materials is a breeze.
