**addition - The response from the owner shows the lack of service/ blatant ignorance from this company. Most companies would be ashamed to respond in such a way. Posting an email sent that was CERTAINLY nowhere close to my last email, that was sent ON my closing date. Clearly the owner is being misinformed, or really is oblivious to customer service. There has been many, many emails and phone calls since that original email. That email was sent on April 14,2022. We received our closed file on June 6, 2022. to reiterate we were told our file would be closed/funds would be sent by April 29, 2022 by Annie. I will also add since this review, within 48 hours, suddenly this company had all it needed to close my file. I have bought 3 houses, and sold 2 houses with Kiriak Law dealing mainly with Annie. Most recently, the experience has been absolutely horrible. There has been little to no communication unless we call/text/email multiple times. I was left having to figure out still to date, almost TWO months later the amount we will be receiving from our sale, because they refused to discuss this. They have yet to gain all of their necessary paperwork. This was originally our bad for not asking more questions when sitting in front of our lawyer, as we were under the assumption that we paid for support, knowledge and professionalism. Shame on us for thinking that. They will not update us, unless forced to do so. This now, is well over a month AFTER the closing dates and we have not received our full funds from our sale. It originally took weeks to get any sort of payment, again with us having to ask over and over again when every promised deadline was missed. Not only are they still withholding our funds, they have failed to pay off a line of credit which was a condition of financing. After many calls, asking for proof, we were sent the same statement of account that we were sent TWO months ago, not proof. We have called multiple times asking to speak to our actual lawyer and this has been ignored every single time. They also failed to transfer property ownership with the city. Highly recommend not using this office, it is not cheap, and it provides horrible service.

We asked Claire Spicer to act on our behalf for our mortgage and purchase of our house and we were not disappointed. She is very helpful , approachable and very professional. Annie is a real GEM of the law office. She knows her stuff, very very very need more? helpful and her work ethics goes above and beyond our expectation.
