The staff here is always friendly. The drive thru works great. They have a lot of great deals via exlusive coupons, which you will need a Kinney's member card (it's free). The pharmacy is fairly quick except for those times of year where it seems everybody is sick. Other than that it's a great pharmacy.

My favorite Kinney drug store out of all of them in Syracuse, NY area. Friendly cashiers.

Do yourself a favor and use a different pharmacy. In my 3 trips to pick up one prescription, both pharmacists had the same attitude.  They must train them to be rude.

The girls assisting the pharmacists were extremely polite however.
