I’ve been a customer for a few years now. I’ve enjoyed many float session, massage therapy& acupuncture treatment. I’m always greeted with a friendly smile. The practitioner are always kind and helpful. I would strongly recommend any service they provide. I always leave refreshed, relaxed & can’t wait until my next appointment.
Very helpful staff and nice place. I love the float tanks and thrilled I found one in Moncton. I would just like to mention there are a couple recent bad reviews that are half truths at best. I'm the guy who was mentioned in a previous review who was booking an appointment while the reviewer told the receptionist that they bonked their head. The receptionist didn't simply say "I'm sorry it wasn't for you" rudely to them, she had apologized and tried to give tips and help understand the situation but the customer just kept repeating "it just isn't for me" over and over. So the receptionist finally just said "I'm sorry it wasn't for you". They weren't rude AT ALL, it was a very awkward situation that was made worse by the customer just repeating over and over that it wasn't for them. It is really too bad they and their husband decided to try to hurt this business over something so silly, that absolutely didn't happen the way they remember it. Great place, I definitely recommended, the float tanks are a great way to relax, meditate and relieve stress and tension in your body
Love maritime float and wellness ! The entire staff is friendly and very professional. Calm relaxing & clean environment. My massage therapist is the best I’ve ever had, I’m always feeling refreshed, lighter and unwinded after my visits. The floats are also another great way to relax and help calm my mind , body & soul Highly recommend
Always excited for my appointments at Maritime Flot and Wellness. The environment is peaceful and welcoming and I have always appreciated the time each staff member took to either make me feel comfortable or simple welcomed. Other than my usual massage therapy sessions, I have had the chance to try float therapy to help with some major back pain and it was a great experience. The staff and owners are also very knowledgeable to help you find the right treatments to help you in your overall physical and mental health. Maritime Float and Wellness is amazing space to heal and connect with yourself.
I went to try it out to see if it would help relieve some pain for my lower back and muscle tension it did not . I ended up hurting my head . And slipped on the floor when trying to get out of the pod. And all the receptionist said to me was " sorry this wasn't for you" in a very derogatory tone all the while still serving the other person who was booking more sessions with them instead of asking me if I was ok. I would like to add I ended up getting and eye infection due to the water getting in my eye and had trouble to see the rest of the day and the day afterwards. I would have to say this was by all accounts the worst experience I have ever had and felt light headed and sick afterwards to my stomach.

Such a beautiful experience. I was able to get a massage and float done in the same day and it was absolutely wonderful. They were very accommodating, and the service was great!
I tried out Maritime Float & Wellness after seeing an ad on Facebook for a discounted session. I got a call quickly and an appointment for the next day. The location is convenient and has customer parking, which is a gift in Downtown Moncton. First, I was asked to pay for the session right away. The Interac machine defaulted to a tip screen. I was uncomfortable leaving a tip for a service I had not yet received. There was a short consultation to evaluate my goals and long-term needs. Then, the staffperson showed me the room with the pod and the shower, provided clear instructions, and I was then left alone to enjoy the pod. I could not locate any lighting for the shower, which was quite dark. Without my glasses, I can't see much, so that was a challenge. The pod itself was quite lovely. I liked floating in the pod and got to relax. When my session was over, a recorded voice announced that time had elasped quite abruptly, startling me. I barely had time to sit up when the pod started I assume its cleaning process, with loud jets and other noises starting right away the lighting in the pod turned red, which was a bit frightening. I hurried out of the pod. The floor was wet and very slippery. I had a few near misses, and hurt my back a bit catching myself. After showering again, I didn't manage to get dry and had trouble putting my leggings and stretchy dress back on poor choice of attire on my part. Honestly, within minutes after exiting the pod, I felt quite stressed out again. I joined the staffperson in the lobby, told them I almost slipped in the room they seamed empathetic but not surprised and they tried to sell me a package for more baths, which I declined, since I was still distrought. They didn't insist, which I appreciated. To summarize, the actual floating session was lovely, and service was good. But there is room for improvement, including putting non-slip mats on the floor this is a safety issue, adding lighting options in the shower, making the notification at the end of the session less startling, and delaying the pod's cleaning cycle.
Absolutely amazing staff, and the owners truly have poured their heart into this business. If you are looking for a wellness center that ACTUALLY cares about your health and well-being, then look no further. They will do everything possible to assist you by utilizing their knowledge and resources to their maximum potential. I know they recently went through some hardship with a building fire, which is all the more reason to support them! Once the floats are back I highly recommend. Very clean facility. Love it, and love the service ! 5/5
They changed my appointment time without my consent, I waited about a month for this appointment, my calendar says 6:30 pm at the time I got there at 6:40 they told me that they scheduled my appointment for 6:00 pm and my time was almost over. They told me that my time was over and I won't get my massage, they never offered me a solution, I waited so long for this, I wasted my time considering I live far from the place and missed the opportunity to book my massage in other places. The person at the front desk didn't care at all
