Have been quite frequently and usually have good experiences. On the odd occasion there have been some not so nice staff working as part of the mall team that could use a reminder that they work around people and need to more careful about their attitudes and remarks about people. But overall I enjoy going here. Bathroom are always clean, have places to sit for food court of just in general.
Maybe it is just me but I find the walking spaces of this mall and food court very dark, better lighting would enhance the mall. The newer wing of the mall where the H&M etc is located seems better lit and more open. I find the food court underwhelming as well. I enjoy the Homesense and Marshall’s very much. I also appreciate the addition of locally owned retail establishments.
I have ALWAYS loved this Mall, sure some things change throughout the years, but my love for this shopping establishment has never changed! Walmart is a definite Welcomed Anchor store asset.
Kingsway Mall has always been slowly improving these past few years. It doesn’t have all of the stores you might need to visit but hopefully that can change in the near future. You don’t have to worry about walking through a crowded mall if that’s an issue for you. The food court is easily accessible, although I haven’t eaten here recently. As well, Jollibee is just a few steps away!
I've always loved this mall but I find it way better now, with the new stores they have. Nice clean place. A nice selection of stores to shop. Handicap accessible and parking.

The mall itself is fine. It has a good selection of stores and it's not as lifeless as other malls. The big issue is how vehicle-centric this place is. The parking lot takes up the same amount of space as the building. Approaching the mall on foot or by bike is dangerous as all the priority has been given to automobiles. The air in the area regularly smells like exhaust. A piece of land like this, so close to rail transit, should be more walkable and contain places to live.
Not a bad mall by any means. It got a refresh a while ago. Lots of stores, and basically the replacement for the dying City Center Mall. I found a lot of good deals here, and the mall was rather crowded. Marshalls was not great in my opinion, I find better selection in Winners City Center.
Its such a nice mall, easy to get around and so many stores! I love the art on the walls it truly makes it one of the best malls in my opinion : always clean too!!
