When I lived here in Edmonton back in the day I would visit this mall often. It has everything you need. And there are movie theatres as well. The food court is pretty decent as well and if you want a workout there’s plenty of stairs at your disposal.
This is a typical downtown mall with a nice selection of stores and a fairly decent food court. They have lost some retailers but still have the basic selection like Winners and Shoppers. However the hours are suited for the business crowd as the close at 6 pm. We were staying at a hotel nearby and found this to be a draw back.
I visited Edmonton City Centre on July 1st with my husband, and we had a lovely time. The environment was serene and peaceful, which made for a really relaxing experience. The location is a major plus—it’s very easy to find, especially for people who don’t drive, since it’s conveniently located right by the train station.nnThat said, we noticed that many shops were closed during our visit, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the public restroom could be improved—it didn’t have any air fresheners, which affected the overall comfort.nnOverall, it’s a nice spot for a quiet stroll or light shopping, and I’d love to go back when more stores are open.
A nice place to spend time in. Shopping complex with few variety of stores and the local ones of course the shoppers, dollarama and many others too. Surprisingly I didn’t know it had cinema in which is also pretty good. Few movies playing at a time is a perk. Also it’s really great to see security constantly patrolling/monitoring the surroundings at the entrance as well as all the floors/levels. Overall a nice place to visit.
Hopefully more shops open in this centered facility. Not many options for shopping loving people. Not me The food court also has limited shops. strangers thing I found here is the catholic church.nnVery well connected with public transportation. Discount parking for shoppers I saw signage of you spending $50 parking free
