Will Never buy from this dealership again.nWhen I first went into sign the papers they told me last minute the blue one I was signing for sold that morning but they had a brown I could take... when I drove away I noticed their detailer scratched up the shifter center consule and the plastic that veiws the speed and rpm behind the steering wheel... 8 month later when I had gotten a flat tire they patched it and called me to pick up my vehicle... but when we arrived to get it they said they are not allowed to have us drive away with it ... with my coverage they said it would take months to replace it with the allseason or summer tires... but they could sell us winter tires and store our summer tires for free.... thousands of dollars and a season later we went in to switch out our winter tires and they put the original plugged tire back on... when I brought it to their attention they looked baffled like they didn't remember what happened. We went in again the following season to put winters back on and decided to keep the tires to store ourself... now we are late getting winter tires back off for summer 2025... and the freaking business still gave us the patched tire!!!!!!! Where is the 4th we put through coverage???!!?nnEdit: although the facts from above are sound ... please take into account my mistake that the photo seen is a plugged tire from Oct 2024 I forgot about!!! Not from Oct 2023 flat.nJayson was very helpful to help get a full history of service.
