Bought a new Highlander there. My salesman Danny was a pleasure to deal with very knowledgeable about their products. The whole experience was positive and fast. Just a little update I think it's really greedy toyota to change $10 a mouth to start my car with my phone. It will be something I consider when I'm ready to trade.

So I bought a used truck with 100,000kms from these guys about a month ago and when I made a couple conditions upon sale they agreed to do 3 fixes on the truck for me and they only actually did 1 of those 3 fixes,nnThey said they detailed the truck inside, I actually had to take the seats out to vacuum it properly it was full of dog hair, they said they did an alignment and they didn't do an alignment.nnMy Fender Flares were falling off and they said they resecured them, they did not.nnThe only thing they did do was make the truck not smell like dognnI am not happy but I live 1.5hrs away so I had to take the truck regardless. Just remember that every dealership is a stealership. It just depends on how much you wanna get screwed.nnBecarful upon buying a used vehicle from these people.
I couldn’t ask for better service from Derek and Jennifer. Over the year I bought a lot vehicle’s and Derek he the best sale person who gave me a full details about my new RAV.The service received from Derek was outstanding.
