King Ritson Dental Clinic

My experiences with Ritson Dental have been consistently disappointing. Despite my mother's efforts to communicate with them, the staff has consistently treated her rudely and unfairly, blaming her for my dental issues instead of addressing them professionally. During an emergency appointment, the dentist displayed a shocking lack of empathy and professionalism. Ignoring my request for laughing gas, he proceeded with the procedure in a condescending manner, causing me significant distress. It was only after I was already in tears that they realized my medical history indicated the need for laughing gas, but by then, the damage was done.nnFurthermore, their inconsistency in diagnosing cavities is concerning. Despite being told I had only a few cavities during my last visit, a recent examination at a different dental practice revealed a significant number of untreated cavities and the need for potential root canals. This suggests either incompetence or dishonesty on the part of Ritson Dental. Additionally, they incorrectly diagnosed me with gingivitis, further undermining my confidence in their expertise.nnOverall, I tried to give them a chance since Ive been going to them for a very long time and I felt like I wanted to stay but my experiences at Ritson Dental have left me feeling frustrated, betrayed, and questioning their commitment to patient care. I cannot recommend them to anyone seeking reliable and compassionate dental treatment.

Best dentist office! Very competent. Friendly staff go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable and informed about your very modern and professional treatments. I am loving how they continually educate themselves and never stop striving for improvements to their care.

I have always received thoughtful, professional and extremely helpful treatment at the King Ritson clinic over the years. They are wonderful people. I hope that they will be accepting the government dental plan in the near future.

I had a horrible experience last night with them. The dentist who actually drilled out my cavity’s was super nice but the assistant and the women who did my fillings weren’t on the other hand. They were rough on my mouth and I was trying to tell them the freezing on my mouth was coming undone but I couldn’t even get a word out. I’ve come to this dentist before and the experience was way different and an amazing experience, this time however I actually walked out of the dentist without my filling being completely filled , crying and shaking
