This is a place worth the drive from anywhere really good food , atmosphere, great service ,and price is just right. On the food list i suggest start with octopus salad, very well done great to have a beer ,on the main menu try the bbk chicken and make sure you use the Portuguese sauce all over your fries,the chicken also as the same sauce be prepared for licking your fingers well they are your fingers so lick away its just that good hope you enjoy from me to you on Easter day. PT forever shears. Parking: Lot's of parking bring as many people as you wish.
I went to this place by accident passing through Strathroy and there’s not enough stars to rate the customer service I received. The place was close already however the door was not locked and when I walked in, Sarah greeted me and apologized that they were closing. I mentioned that I just wanted a Bifone sandwich as I was hungry and missed my Portuguese food being from Toronto. She told me to wait and will talk to Clara to see if she can fire the grill back up knowing that I was very hungry. Needless to say, 20mins later I was enjoying my Bifone sandwich in the car. Thank you so much Sarah and Clara. Sandwich was great as it was prepared with pride and care. I ordered 2 by the way. Wish you all great success and customer satisfaction as it’s hard to come by nowadays.

Would have been a perfect experience if they had not forgotten the olives and bread that were supposed to be included with our entrees. Dinners were good though.
Absolutely delicious chicken and be sure to load up with custard tarts to take home . Did I mention great service too?Food: 5/5
One thing’s for sure: these guys ARE the king of the Pigs! Making a choice was too hard, had to go for the Sample Platter. The signature sauce was a-mazing.

Heard how good the chicken was at other locations and decided to try the chicken here in Strathroy. I had the chicken and my wife had the ribs. The ribs were fall off the bone and the chicken was moist. I guess if you like the ribs that way it’s good but I wouldn’t say it much better that other rib places. The Portuguese chicken just didn’t have the spices to make me want more. One positive was that it wasn’t over dry.
I was disappointed by my meal. I was expecting a great dinner due to the images and the recent reviews of this "restaurant". My rice wasn't as good as I had hoped it would have been. My steak didn't taste seasoned but as if it was just tossed into the pan and then placed onto the platter. My date ordered the side ribs and they were burnt on the outside and extremely bland tasting on the inside inside. The hot sauce was the savior of the meal to even continue attempting to finish either meals.large amount of hot sauce The poutine and the appetizer of wings were the better part of the meal and that wasn't by much. The waitress/server was nice, however, I was not a fan of them sitting with their coworkers being loud across the diner from where we were. I had to call out 2-3 times before they heard me calling for the check. Overall, would not come again, and watch out for flies around your meals.
