Friendly staff who are very helpful and respectful. The laundromat is clean with lots of machines. There are areas to wait while laundry is being done and spots to sort laundry and baskets to help gather stuff from the machines. The parking is good and a great, central location.

Myyyy Goodnesss!! Talk about service!! My washer recently broke mid wash - after reading reviews on both laundromat sites in Lethbridge I decided on King Koin Laundry. I am so super happy with this business! I didn't happen to catch her name, but the lady working the day shift was sooo super helpful, from bringing my baskets of laundry inside to loading my laundry into the washers and teaching me how to turn those things on! We had some great conversation while she was hustling around getting her work done! Shift change came and once again, we got great service from the guy who was working the afternoon shift, i didnt catch his name either he made sure we were good to go and was more than happy to help! I had 5 laundry baskets full, 1 load that was sopping wet - all washed and dried for under $30!! Overall I would recommend King Koin, I will definitely be a return customer!! Thank you so much!

Great service. Had no idea what to do or how to use the machines but the man working was very friendly and helpful. Will be returning forsure.

Friendly staff, clean, good price. I needed to have my comforter cleaned. Last year a dry cleaner charged me $75 to do it. Got it done for less than $20. Will be back

Brought in my laundry last Saturday, went through my laundry and noticed two relatively new pieces of expensive pieces of clothing missing. When I spoke to the employee about it, he asked who I dropped it off to, I told him that it was him who accepted my items. He immediately got defensive and was angry when he went to get their lost and found, he literally stomped the entire time. I told him that aside from me, he was the only one to touch my clothes. Again, he got defensive saying my clothes aren't worth his job. I'll give it a few days then I'll involve the Lethbridge Police. Sounds pretty but two items worth $100, I either want back or I want the money. Simple.

Super nice staff who are so kind and patient. I had never used a laundromat before and the gentleman working showed me what to do, and never made me feel like an idiot. The machines are nice and big and can get lots of stuff done in a good amount of time. Highly recommend using this laundromat.

While the machines are great, the one attendant working there today March 13, 2018 is very rude and this isn't the first time. He's rude to us every time we go there. We were there around 1 pm, today. He does his very best to ignore us or prevent us from using the washrooms. The other 3 attendants that we've interacted with are always nice, cheerful and helpful.
